Must Have: - Design and develop ETL/ELT processes using Matillion for data integration and transformation in cloud environments. - Build and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from various sources into cloud data warehouses (e.G., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). - Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems. - Develop and implement solutions for data cleaning, transformation and aggregation. - Create reusable Matillion components, jobs and templates to streamline processes. - Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing validation and error-checking mechanisms. - Monitor and troubleshoot Matillion jobs to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy. - Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in the continuous improvement of data integration practices, including automation, monitoring and process optimization. - Adhere to best practices in data governance, security and compliance. Good To Have: - Matillion certification (e.G., Matillion Data Integration Professional). - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Familiarity with Python or other programming languages for scripting and automation. - Experience with data security best practices and encryption techniques. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
