Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Structural Analysis and Design**: Design and analyze structures for safety, durability, and functionality. Projects include malls, residential apartments, educational facilities, and more.
- **Collaboration with International Teams**: Coordinate with Collins Boyd, our Ireland-based partner, ensuring seamless collaboration on structural designs and adhering to both Indian and international building codes.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Create detailed structural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation, ensuring precision and clarity.
- **Project Planning and Development**: Oversee structural aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure designs are robust, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory standards, including the latest international and Indian codes.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines within Uninest to deliver integrated design solutions.
- **Site Visits and Inspections**: Conduct periodic inspections of sites to monitor compliance and address design issues or modifications as required.

Required Qualifications
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural design and drafting for large-scale projects, preferably in high-rise buildings and commercial complexes.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro/ ETABS. Familiarity with international design codes is an advantage.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to perform advanced structural analysis, including load calculations and material assessments.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail in design and documentation to ensure high-quality and error-free work.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with international teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing design challenges and meeting project requirements.
- **Certification**: Professional certification in structural engineering (e.g., Chartered Engineer) is a plus.

Preferred Attributes
- **Experience in International Projects**: Experience working on projects with international partners and familiarity with international building standards.
- **Knowledge of Sustainable Design**: Awareness of sustainable and environmentally friendly structural design principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
