Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Head to help our company find excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals.


Responsibilities

• Designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.

• Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures.

• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings

• Proactively identifying and Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

• Contribute to employment branding initiatives Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings

• Lead all sourcing strategies


Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a talent acquisition head

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

• Excellent communicator and Well-organized

• A leader and strategic thinker with Good team-management abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

• Graduate / Post Graduate in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
