About Us

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. In this key role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of solutions to bridge the gap between customer needs and our product offerings. You will play a crucial role in shaping the value proposition of our solutions, aligning them with customer objectives, and ensuring a seamless fit within their business processes.


Who You Are

You are a Solution Architect with up to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, known for your ability to understand complex problem statements and craft compelling solution strategies. You bring a deep understanding of solutions, including writing executive summaries, positioning products, and calculating ROI and TCO. Your total solution mindset and proficiency in showcasing both “as-is” and “to-be” processes enable you to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value. Your ability to write use cases, face customers and deliver demos makes you an indispensable part of the sales process.


Your Impact

  • Solutions Expertise: Analyse and understand customer problem statements, developing tailored solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Executive Summaries: Craft executive summaries that align with the sales strategy, effectively communicating the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Process Analysis: Showcase solutioning aspects by comparing the current “as-is” process with the proposed “to-be” process, highlighting improvements and efficiencies.
  • Product Positioning: Position our existing products effectively within the customer's context, deriving and articulating the value proposition clearly.
  • ROI and TCO Calculation: Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for proposed solutions, providing customers with clear financial justifications.
  • Use-Case Development: Develop precise use-cases that demonstrate how our solutions address customer needs and provide tangible benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers directly, conducting needs assessments, delivering presentations, and performing product demos.
  • Solution Mindset: Maintain a total solution mindset, ensuring that all aspects of the solution fit seamlessly with the customer’s business goals and technological environment.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the development of techno-commercial proposals, integrating solution details, and aligning them with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to ensure that our solutions remain competitive and aligned with best practices. Craft executive summaries that align with the sales strategy, effectively communicating the value and benefits of proposed solutions.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role, preferably within a technology-focused B2B environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of solutions, including writing executive summaries, positioning products, and calculating ROI and TCO.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to dissect complex problem statements and develop effective solution strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to articulate solutions clearly, both in writing and presentations and to engage effectively with customers.
  • Process Expertise: Proficiency in analysing “as-is” processes and designing “to-be” processes, showcasing improvements and efficiencies.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Proven ability to interact with customers, conduct demos, and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Use-Case Development: Experience in writing detailed use cases that illustrate the benefits and functionality of proposed solutions.
  • Solution Mindset: A holistic approach to solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in solution architecture and pre-sales.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
