You will be focused on supporting our L1 and Preferred Advisor teams in managing difficult problems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Field questions from other Technical AdvisorsProvide timely and ongoing communication with customers regarding reported bugs. Interactions may include case work such as telephone, email, Zoom, in person, or other internal tools, as needed and determined by the businessCommunicate technical concepts clearly and effectivelyThinking outside the box; our advisors are offered a high degree of latitude to find and develop solutions. Successful candidates will demonstrate independent thinking that consistently leads to robust and scalable solutions for our customersAdvises and assist customers to adopt best practices and provides enablementCreate documentation and training for both clients and Domo employees alikeContinually learn and improve your knowledge of Domo’s platform to help provide an exceptional interactionJOB REQUIREMENTS:Required:3-5 years of experience in technical support or software application support. Preference given for SaaS, analytics, data, and Business Intelligence fieldsIntermediate SQL knowledgeIntermediate ETL experienceIntermediate API troubleshooting experienceExcellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills and professional etiquetteFlexible and adapts well to rapid changeAbility to become Major Domo certified within six months of hireSome evening, weekend and holiday work may be required.Desired:Bachelor's degree in a technical field (computer science, etc.) or 5-7 years related experience and/or trainingExperience with one or more of the following: Python scripting, JavaScript, HTML, Relational databasesStrong API experienceKnowledgeable with SSO and Identity providersStatistical computing: R, JupyterSnowflake Data Cloud experienceLOCATION:
