As a Senior Advisor, you will contribute to simplifying, standardizing, and automating sales processes on a global scale, focusing on enhancing sales productivity and ensuring a seamless seller experience. Collaboration across functions is key to provide process engineering support for various projects. This role demands skills in strategy, analysis, project management, and high-level communication.

This position involves contributing to process improvement projects through various tasks such as process analysis, defining problems, designing current and future state processes, and driving changes effectively. Additionally, active participation in long-term, multi-stream global transformations aimed at enhancing sales team experience and productivity is key. Acting as an internal consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying and executing process improvement projects using methods like workshop facilitation, interviews, and process mapping.

You will:

  • Execute different stages of process improvement projects, encompassing process analysis, problem definition, current and future state process designs, and change execution.
  • Contribute to multi-year, multi-workstream global transformations that elevate sales team experience and productivity.
  • Act as an internal consultant to pinpoint and implement process improvement projects by utilizing tools like workshop facilitation, interviews, and process mapping.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress on various projects, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and transparently communicate any changes to the scope or schedule.

  • Preferably 8+ years of relevant experience in a professional capacity.
  • Six Sigma certification or similar background.
  • Broad experience across multiple functional areas involving Process Transformation and Process Reengineering.
  • Proficiency in sales processes and tools.

Desirable Requirements

Preference for a project management certification.Extensive knowledge of Dell Sales Tools & Processes and experience in process mapping software (e.g., Visio).
