
Partnership & Operations Intern

We're seeking 2 proactive Operations Interns to support our growth efforts through:
- Lead Generation
: Research and identify new business opportunities across OEMs, recyclers, waste management firms, and sustainability-driven partners.
- Cold Outreach
: Initiate contact via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn to pitch Peakamp's services effectively.
- Lead Qualification & Validation
: Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, interest, and readiness to engage.
- Data & CRM Support
: Track outreach efforts, update lead status, and maintain data integrity in CRM systems; prepare reports and dashboards.
- Messaging & Strategy
: Assist in optimizing sales scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies for higher response and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to build prospect lists of relevant OEMs, recyclers, and other stakeholders.
- Execute personalized cold calling campaigns to engage potential partners.
- Write and send persuasive cold emails; follow up to nurture leads.
- Use tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets) to log interactions, categorize leads, and track outreach performance.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and coordinate handoff to senior team members.
- Support creation of outreach collateral (email templates, call scripts, pitch decks).
- Analyze outreach metrics (e.g., open rates, reply rates, booking rates) and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, leadership) to align on engagement strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable initiating conversations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Data-savvy-able to manage information and derive insights from outreach outcomes.
- Bonus: Passion for sustainability, EVs, recycling, or circular economy initiatives.
