About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven professional to join our team in a
Strategic Partnerships
role. The candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with top stakeholders in the medical community, including
Vice Presidents, senior leaders, and top doctors of Medical Associations
, to drive business growth through strategic tie-ups and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build partnerships with
    Medical Associations and their leadership teams
    across India.
  • Represent CoverYou in meetings with
    VPs, top doctors, and senior decision-makers
    to explore collaborations.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company goals.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure smooth closure of partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure effective execution of partnerships.
  • Travel extensively across India to attend meetings, conferences, and events for networking and tie-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    Strategic Alliances, Business Development, or Partnerships
    , preferably in healthcare/insurance/consulting.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel
    PAN India
    as required.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
