Gurugram, India Emoneeds Full time

We're Emoneeds, and we're on a mission to make mental healthcare a little less daunting and a lot more accessible in India. We are a digital-first mental health platform delivering accessible psychiatric care and therapy through technology-enabled services (tele-psychiatry, tele-psychotherapy, family sessions, care coordination, and community programs). We work with partners and communities to improve mental health outcomes across India, including Tier-II/III geographies.

We're looking for a
Strategic Partnerships Manager (CSR)
who will drive Emoneeds' CSR partnerships and on-ground implementation with companies, foundations, and NGOs. You'll span the end-to-end program lifecycle: opportunity sourcing, proposal development, partner onboarding, field coordination, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and donor reporting.

The Impact You'll Create
Every CSR partnership you secure means hundreds and thousands more people getting the mental health support they need across India, including Tier-II/III geographies. We've already impacted over 10,000 lives through our care, and your partnership work will be instrumental in helping us reach a million more.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Liaison

● Map CSR opportunities with corporates, PSUs, and foundations; maintain a pipeline of prospects

● Liaise with CSR heads, CHROs, ESG teams, and NGO partners to scope projects and build consortia

● Draft concept notes, MoUs, and grant proposals aligned to Schedule VII themes (healthcare, mental health, community wellbeing)

Program Implementation & Field Coordination

● Coordinate with implementing NGOs, hospitals/clinics, and Emoneeds' clinical & product teams for rollout (OPDs, assessments, therapy cohorts, psycho-education workshops/webinars)

● Plan and execute field activities, trainings, and awareness campaigns; ensure branding & documentation as per donor guidelines

● Manage beneficiary onboarding, consent, and data capture in Emoneeds systems

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

● Build and maintain an MIS of outputs and outcomes (e.g., OPD consultations, clinical assessments, therapy sessions completed, adherence/relapse-prevention metrics)

● Collect evidence (geo-tagged photos, attendance sheets, case studies, impact stories) and compile monthly/quarterly progress reports

● Coordinate third-party evaluations/impact assessments when required

Compliance & Documentation

● Ensure partner eligibility and documentation (CSR-1 registration where applicable, 12A/80G/Section 8 documentation, FCRA where relevant)

● Support donors with timely reporting for their CSR governance (board notes, annexures, utilization certificates, audit queries)

● Work with Finance to track budgets, milestones, fund utilization, and facilitate CA-certified Utilization Certificates

Stakeholder Communication

● Prepare decks, briefs, dashboards, and press notes; represent Emoneeds in donor meetings/reviews

● Develop impact narratives and success stories with sensitivity to confidentiality norms

● Coordinate events (clinics, camps, awareness drives, webinars) with local stakeholders and government interfaces as needed

Must-have Qualifications

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work (MSW/MA), Development Studies, Public Health, Psychology, CSR/ESG, or related field

● Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in CSR project coordination, social sector programs, or NGO/corporate foundation roles

● Proven ability to write proposals, prepare donor reports, and manage field operations

● Strong stakeholder management; ability to independently liaise with corporates and NGOs

● Excellent communication in English and Hindi (oral & written); strong presentation and documentation skills

● Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; comfort with dashboards/MIS and data quality

Good-to-have

●       Experience in health/mental health programs or community health

●       Understanding of India's CSR ecosystem (Companies Act, CSR Rules, Schedule VII, CSR-1, impact assessment requirements)

●       Exposure to M&E frameworks, logic models, output/outcome KPIs, and beneficiary data management

●       Familiarity with CRM tools and basic budgeting

But honestly,
We're interested in anyone who is genuinely passionate about scaling social impact through strategic partnerships and wants to contribute to making mental healthcare accessible in India.
Does the idea of building partnerships that change lives excite you?

Travel & Work Conditions

● Base location: Gurugram, Haryana

● Frequent travel to partner locations (pan-India) for field coordination, audits, reviews, and events

● Occasional evening/weekend work during campaigns or donor milestones

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Number and quality of proposals submitted and projects closed

● On-time delivery of project milestones and reports

● Budget utilization and documentation accuracy (UCs, annexures)

● Beneficiary reach and outcome indicators as per project logframe

● Partner satisfaction (renewals, testimonials)

Growing Together

This is a full-time role where you'll work closely with our cross-functional leadership team and report to the Head of CSR/Partnerships. As we grow, your role will evolve too – previous team members have expanded into strategic partnerships leadership roles.
