Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy:

Leverage your experience in sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies to contribute valuable insights and support the development and execution of Binocs' GTM strategy.Core Business Strategy Contribution:

Collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team to shape Binocs's business strategy. Offer strategic insights and contribute to decision-making processes.Provide Versatile Support:

Wear multiple hats across various functions like hiring, research, sales, and marketing. Execute tasks dynamically, adapting to shifting priorities and demands.Effective Communication:

Prepare, disseminate, and organize agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, ensuring punctual follow-up on action items and decisions.Manage special projects

and initiatives on behalf of the executive team, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in business administration, management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a founder's office or as an entrepreneur, with a focus on GTM strategy through sales and marketing.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Marketing and sales background is preferred, with the ability to generate inbound and outbound B2B leads and pitch ideas effectively to sell SaaS products to enterprises.Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel globally for customer demos.Commitment to work from the office with high ethical standards and integrity.
