Cargo First is a dynamic and innovative Agri Tech company dedicated to Transparency in imports and exports. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our Founder's Office team.

As a Founder's Office Intern at Cargo First, you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founder(s) of the company and gain insights into the strategic and operational aspects of running a successful business. You'll play a key role in supporting various projects and initiatives while learning from experienced leaders in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the founder(s) in day-to-day tasks and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the office.
- Conduct research and gather data on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for the founder(s).
- Help plan and organize special events, meetings, and company retreats.
- Act as a liaison between the founder(s) and other team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Provide general office support such as answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the Founder's Office.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus but not required.
