To fuel this journey, we are seeking an exceptional team player to serve as an Associate - Founder's Office / Executive Assistant to the Founder. This role isn't just about managing schedules and organizing meetings; it's about being the right hand to our visionary leader, ensuring their time and efforts are optimized for maximum impact. Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a strategic advisor to the Founder and Executive Team, playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative ideas that seamlessly align with the organization's vision and objectives.
* Drive the implementation of next-generation technologies and digital solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness. As a key player in cross-functional projects, you'll contribute expertise aiming to elevate organizational performance.
* Create and implement game-changing strategies that challenge convention and enhance our organization's competitive advantage.
* Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, drive informed decision-making, and support strategic planning by analyzing performance data across the organization.
* Foresee and pre-emptively tackle challenges to maintain smooth operations and cultivate a high-performance environment.
* Collaborate closely as a representative of the Founder's office with cross-functional teams to nurture a collaborative and healthy work environment that fosters creativity and excellence.
* Act as the representative for the Founder and Executive Team in both internal and external engagements, embodying the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
* Explore emerging trends and best practices in the marketplace consistently to provide insights that aid strategic decision-making, enabling our organization to position itself as a leader.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
* Proven experience supporting CXO-level leaders and/or visionaries in a fast-paced, multicultural organization.
* Demonstrated passion for people, processes, and technology, coupled with an insatiable drive for excellence, lead innovation and challenge the status quo.
* Exceptional communication skills with impeccable grammar, an extensive vocabulary, and proficiency in languages like Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, etc., besides English, is an asset.
* Robust business acumen and analytical mindset to spot opportunities, tackle complex problems, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial but not required.
* Multitask with attention to detail and stay organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate, and manage issues, remain calm under pressure, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
* Uncompromising commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with utmost care.
* Consistently uphold a high level of professionalism and exercise good judgment.
* Carry an entrepreneurial mindset, with a natural inclination for taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and showcasing high emotional intelligence (EQ)
* Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and excellence in all deliverables.
* Proficient in managing complex situations with discretion and tact, while also demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities.
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, yet adept at functioning effectively within a team setting.
* Prior & comprehensive experience with all of the above is not critical; what's important is a mindset of learning and growth
What we offer:

Additional points to consider:
* Hybrid work model (both in-office and remotely) that align with the Australian workday (IST + 4.5 hours) with occasional travel required within India and Australia.
* Role is based in Bangalore.
* 6 months mandatory probation.
* Possession of a 4-Wheeler Driver's License is an added advantage.
* Standard 5 Day workweek but there may be occasional requirements to work weekends or public holidays based on business needs.
* First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage but not mandatory.
