Job Description
The Alliance & Marketing team is responsible for the end-to-end relationship with all the partners, including the three major CSPs, Snowflake, and other companies with whom we have or with whom we may explore partnerships Reporting to the Alliances Director, APAC, the Partner Manager, India, will be responsible for managing partner relationships across Ollion Cloud’s practices in India, working closely with the practice leadership and sales to drive revenue to, through and with the channel.
Development, Presales, Technical Program Management, Customer Success, and Alliances
Excellent business acumen, strong experience building and scaling programs with proven business growth, including driving sales and technical teams to deliver common business goals.
Consulting experience in Cloud and application modernization Demonstrated commercial expertise in professional and managed service environments. Solid understanding of deal structuring and pricing strategies, essential for effective collaboration with partners. Clear, succinct, written and verbal communication, always able to capture the audience's attention. Strong time management and organizational skills, solves problems pragmatically with wisdom and tenacity. Independent, driven and hands-on, with a high level of commitment to deliver on time. Strategic, analytical and adaptable - able to navigate roadblocks and overcome obstacles and drive towards successful outcomes. Degree in business management/administration or computer science or equivalent.
Qualifications
Between 5 to 10 years of partner development experience in the technology environment At least 5 years of winning and delivering successful customer solutions with CSPs and Consulting Partners, across Business Deep knowledge of the India Enterprise landscape and Cloud adoption/growth challenges Multi-country multicultural team leadership experience Proven track records of successfully influencing customers and key stakeholders. Consulting experience in Cloud and application modernization Demonstrated commercial expertise in professional and managed service environments. Solid understanding of deal structuring and pricing strategies, essential for effective collaboration with partners.
