The Role

Integrations are one of the key elements of our product offering. Singular is seeking a Manager - Partner Integrations for our India unit with exceptional technical, and communication skills to join our growing team. A partner -focused individual who’s responsible for handling & building partner support, and technical integration processes, with the ability to engage with other teams, in order to achieve the best customer-experience environment.

What you will do

Lead a team of highly skilled integration engineers globally focused on Singular’s Customers and Partners. Hire, train, mentor, and motivate engineers to ensure a high level of service quality that our customers & partners deserve. Be a technical POC both internally, and externally for all integrations related matters and serve as a primary Integrations contact for Singular’s partners and an escalation resource for partner integrations. Collaborate with Global leadership to create and lead BD & Integrations improvement processes across the company. Prepare project/specification plans for integration requests, and deploy them using internal tools. You’ll work with R&D for releasing more complex specifications. Investigate operations issues alongside Data Operations to improve integration stability. Work closely with Support to identify integration issues versus client implementation errors. Educate Tech Partners or Agencies on Singular’s platform and our integration requirements to expand the Singular ecosystem. Improve our Knowledge Base (training and / or support Help Center materials) with Partner specific information. Drive & lead the localization project, where the team selects the right content to translate and keep updated.

What you will need

B.Tech/B.Sc/B.E or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years working in an external-facing technical role managing teams, (i.e. Technical Account Management / Support/Solutions Engineering / Professional Services Consultant, etc). 2+ years working with mobile / online advertising technology and a general knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem Knowledge using HTTP trace/debugging tools, and setting up testing endpoints for debugging network calls, (i.e. Google DevTools, Charles, Fiddler, etc). Experience working with APIs. You'll be using API testing tools, (e.g. Postman, etc) to create integration specifications Can read code in any common programming language, e.g. Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc. Understand database structures and can use SQL to gather insights. Excellent project management skills are a must to work effectively with our cross-functional teams Self-starter – able to come up to speed on complex, challenging concepts with minimal assistance

Advantages
