Role Overview

We are seeking an elite and sophisticated SAT Program Advisor to serve our exclusive clientele of Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). This is a premier advisory role focused on guiding discerning families through the critical journey of standardized test preparation (SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE) for admission into the world's most prestigious universities. As a representative of India's most premium test-prep service, you will embody professionalism and finesse. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients, provide expert, consultative guidance on their child's academic future, and enroll them in our bespoke programs.

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Advisory: Conduct in-depth, high-touch consultations with UHNWI parents and students to understand their academic profiles, target universities, and aspirations. Leverage your deep knowledge of the SAT, ACT, and the global admissions landscape to craft and propose bespoke test-prep roadmaps.
  • Premium Program Sales & Enrolment: Articulate the unique value proposition of our premium, high-investment programs with clarity and conviction. Manage the entire enrolment cycle, from initial inquiry to final conversion, ensuring a seamless and white-glove experience for every family.
  • Holistic Academic Planning: Identify and advise clients on a comprehensive admissions strategy. This includes cross-recommending other relevant Sparkl offerings, such as AP tutoring or specialized subject support, to enhance a student's university application profile.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building profound trust and rapport. Your ability to manage relationships with poise and sophistication is paramount to success.
  • Referral Cultivation: Foster strong relationships that organically lead to high-value referrals from our satisfied clientele, contributing directly to business growth.
  • Operations & Reporting: Meticulously maintain all client interaction data and manage your sales pipeline within our CRM system. Prepare and present clear reports on enrolment forecasts and target achievement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree from a reputable university is highly preferred.
  • Mandatory Domain Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in counselling and preparing students for standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, GMAT, or GRE is non-negotiable. You must have a deep understanding of test formats, scoring, and preparation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Impeccable, world-class command of the English language (both verbal and written) is essential. You must be an articulate, poised, and confident communicator capable of engaging with a highly educated and influential audience.
  • Client Management Finesse: Demonstrable experience and a natural flair for managing relationships with High-Net-Worth or Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals. Experience in luxury sales, wealth management, or premium educational consulting is a significant advantage.
  • Consultative Sales Acumen: A proven track record of achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets in a consultative, non-scripted environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in using a CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Work Ethic: A self-driven, polished, and highly professional individual who thrives in a target-oriented, office-based role that demands excellence in every interaction.
