Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate . The Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and communicating with clients and partners. The Associate will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Graduation in any degree.
- Critical and out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting & converting into sales.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience in the edtech industry and entrepreneurship
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Prior experience in Upskilling segment (Small ticket) is a mandatory.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Working Days: 6 days' work/week (Monday and Saturday| Sunday fixed off)
