Hopscotch Child Therapy is a family-centered mental health services provider, offering customized Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to organizations. Our mission is to enhance employee well-being by addressing workplace challenges and family dynamics through innovative and impactful programs. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture a network of corporate clients for EAP services.

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches and proposals.

Collaborate with clients to recommend customized EAP solutions.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain sales records and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years in business development or corporate sales, preferably in EAP, HR services, or wellness.

Network: Established connections with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

Knowledge: Familiarity with EAPs and workplace wellness trends is a plus.
