Are you a passionate sales leader with a knack for managing large projects and building strong client relationships?
One of our prestigious client is looking for an experienced Sales Head B2B to join the team. In this role, you'll drive sales for office furniture and commercial interior projects, including luxury interior hardware and exterior facades. If you have 12 to 15 years of experience in these industries and are ready to lead a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets for Project Sales (Not Channel Sales).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for large commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the office furniture and luxury interior hardware sectors.
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact through project completion.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in sales within office furniture, commercial interiors, luxury hardware, or similar industries.
- Proven track record of managing large projects and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Experience with high-value sales and client relationship management.
