Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quotation Executive to prepare accurate quotations, coordinate with vendors/customers, and support the sales team in closing deals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotations as per client requirements within the given timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to get cost inputs.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, terms, and conditions before submitting quotations.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and maintain quotation records.
- Support the sales team in negotiations and order finalization.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and pricing policies.
- Generate reports related to quotations, conversions, and pending proposals.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in quotation/tendering/sales support roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry-specific pricing (if applicable).
