  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Fostering positive and lasting relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Customer Retention: Implementing strategies to keep existing customers and minimize churn.
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Analyzing Customer Data: Identifying trends and patterns in customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to increase customer spending by suggesting additional products or services.
  • Telecalling: Cold Calling Customers for Marketing and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
