Service Desk Specialist

If you're a Service Desk Specialist looking for a position to provide excellent customer service and support to all stakeholders - this could be the role for you:Here's what you'll do:Provide front-line technical assistance to internal and external usersLog, prioritize, and resolve service requests and incidentsSupport rollout and management of IoT devices (sensors and gateways)Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issuesAssist with software and hardware setup and troubleshootingManage user accounts and access permissionsMaintain records and knowledge base for issue resolutionParametrize and customize internal business software (e.g. ERP systems)Write low-code apps to automate business processesMaintain intranet configuration and support users with content managementPromote and enforce IT security policiesWork with IT teams and departments to resolve complex issuesProvide user training and guidanceEnsure IT policies and regulations are followedRequirementsThis is what you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceIT support experience, including complex problem resolutionKnowledge of low-code technologies (especially in Microsoft 365 ecosystem)Excellent communication skills in both writing and speakingCommitment to exceptional customer serviceAbility to analyze data and propose improvementsUnderstanding of IT security principlesExperience with IT projects may be requiredCommitment to ongoing learning and certificationExperience in Azure AD and with IoT Devices is a plusRelevant certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are beneficialBenefitsWhat we can offer you:Opportunity to work in a bright open office spaceFlexible working hours for work/life balanceInterdisciplinary and varied projectsDiverse and global work culture/ environmentPossibility to work for an environmentally conscious companyUnique opportunity to actively shape processes
