Responsibilities:


  • Content Strategy: Take charge of executing a holistic plan to digitize Chemistry content, ensuring that it aligns with the educational objectives and technological advancements of the organization.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand the grade's educational needs, considering prerequisites, knowledge gaps, and optimal pedagogical approaches for each concept. Tailor a plan with adaptive methods to suit diverse learner types and achieve learning objectives.
  • Learning Experience Design (LXD): Apply principles of learning experience design to create engaging and learner-centered educational experiences.
  • Curriculum Integration: Work closely with educators and subject matter experts to create fresh content, or revise and seamlessly incorporate digital content into current curriculum frameworks, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
  • Review & Quality Assurance: Review or rewrite the content scripts to ensure the rigor and quality of digitized content. Implement rigorous quality assurance processes, including editing, fact-checking, and adherence to educational standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to educators, content developers, and other stakeholders on the effective use of digital content and associated technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Academic team members, animation team, and project management teams to integrate interactive elements, multimedia components, and compelling visuals into digital content for enhanced engagement and impact.
  • Content Updates and Maintenance: Oversee regular updates and maintenance of digital content to reflect changes in curriculum, educational standards, and technology.
  • Continuous enhancement: Cultivate a culture of ongoing enhancement by soliciting feedback from users, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing refinements to maximize the effectiveness of digitized content. Employ data analytics tools to extract insights on the performance of digitized content, monitor learner engagement, and make improvements informed by data-driven analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with copyright laws, licensing agreements, adherence to curriculum specified by the boards time to time and other legal considerations when digitizing educational content.


Qualifications:


  • Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT/NIT or leading premier institutes will be considered provided they have the experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience* with at least 3 years in digital content creation or as an instructional designer.
  • Proven experience in Teaching higher grades i.e., all the classes 9-12.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Chemistry curriculum standards for CBSE/ICSE and other equivalent boards for grades 6-12.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
