Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic and innovative Associate Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media and content production, with a talent for creating and managing effective content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business goals. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of content across various channels social media platforms
  • Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform content strategies.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engagement.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely production and publication of content.
  • Help with content production by assisting in direction editing and end to end production requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong visual aesthetic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for content creation and distribution.
  • Knowledge of content production.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and content partnerships.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.
