Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Strategist with expertise in Web 3 marketing to join our team at Dojima Network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic content initiatives with a focus on driving engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. This role requires a deep understanding of various marketing channels within the Web 3 landscape, including airdrops, AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium, along with a keen eye for design aesthetics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to promote Dojima Network's products, services, and brand across various digital platforms, with a particular emphasis on Web 3 marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Plan and coordinate airdrop campaigns to incentivize user participation and drive community engagement.
  • Organize and host AMA sessions on platforms such as Reddit, Discord, or Telegram to foster direct communication with our community members and address their queries.
  • Manage and maintain active social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord and Medium, by curating and publishing relevant content, engaging with followers, and monitoring industry trends along with Publishing weekly and monthly newsletters across email campaigns and social handles.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the Web 3.0 space, including emerging trends, technologies, and competitor strategies, to inform content strategy decisions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in content strategy, digital marketing, or community management within the blockchain/crypto industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Web 3 marketing techniques, including airdrops, AMA sessions, and social media marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google marketing suite (google analytics, google tag manager, search console, google ads) , Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for design aesthetics and the ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • SEO skills are an advantage for on-page optimisation and keyword research and injecting within blogs published.
  • Prior experience working remotely and coordinating across distributed teams is a plus.
