The Role


We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist and Developer, a role blending strategic content creation with deep technical understanding.

This position is not just about writing and researching on technical subjects but about architecting a content vision that aligns with our innovative tech solutions and enhances our brand narrative

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that reflects our expertise in technology solutions.
  • Translate intricate technical concepts into accessible, engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, user manuals, support articles, and web copy.
  • Lead the creation of technical documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and ease of use, by closely working with product teams, developers, and designers.
  • Develop comprehensive, highquality technical documentation that meets organizational standards
  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
  • Decipher technical documents and be able to write procedures and documents required for client reference.
  • Gather inputs, document the features/defects and publish documentation in the knowledge center
  • Work collaboratively with team members, leads, developers, quality engineers, product managers, editors, and usability experts to document our products and make our products easier to use
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to foresee content needs and integrate them into a cohesive plan that supports business objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for collaborating effectively across diverse teams to gather insights and deliver content that meets organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
  • Documentation Development Life Cycle knowledge.
