We're looking for professionals who get the media — not just pitching a release, but mapping narratives, building newsroom trust, and getting stories placed in the right formats, platforms, and moments.

At CPR, we work with some of India's most exciting brands in corporate, technology (across fintech, agritech, deeptech, SaaS and much more), healthcare, and retail. This role needs someone who understands how to shape these narratives and place them where it matters — from the front page to a founder podcast.

Must-Haves:

  • 4–8 years of experience in media relations across corporate & tech PR (beyond 8Y? We're listening)

  • ⁠Deep connects with top-tier media: business, general news, tech, health & lifestyle

  • ⁠Experience across all media formats – print, digital, television, podcasts, LinkedIn, YouTube

  • ⁠Skill in planning and executing robust media visibility programs

  • ⁠Ability to build executive profiles and develop strong thought leadership pipelines

  • ⁠Impeccable writing, pitching, and communication skills

  • ⁠Comfortable leading conversations, press meets, exclusives, crisis responses

Your Role Will Include:

  • Owning national media strategy across categories and client types

  • ⁠Spotting and pitching the right story at the right time to the right journalist

  • ⁠Getting founders and CXOs placed on credible podcasts, interviews, and feature formats

  • ⁠Leading a team for press releases, op-eds, thought leadership columns, media roundtables

  • ⁠Running daily news briefs, managing media databases, and staying ahead of the news cycle

  • ⁠Mentoring younger colleagues and collaborating with internal strategy and content teams
