Position: Media Relation and Public Relation
Experience: 3+ years
Qualification: B.A/ M.A Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Mass Communications, English, Media

Location: Jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore (on site
- Jain campus)

**Salary**: 40K to 75K per month depending on skills

Time: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm (6days work)

Job Descriptions:
Media Relation
- Keep track of media contacts data
- Maintain /build new contact as per the target sector
- Distribute and monitor press releases to the media
- Day-to-day press follow-up
- Send out communication for coverage
- Plan, run and follow up interviews
- Prepare & handle #MediaRelationsduring events (conferences, roundtables, etc)
- Respond to media requests
- Respond to client media requests
- Keep track of media data - frequency, circulation, language, etc
- Keep abreast of new trends in media and #newmediaoutlets
- Keep abreast of new #editorialopportunities
- Keep abreast of new sponsorship opportunities
- Track comparative #advertisingvalue (occasionally)
- Advise on #MediaStrategyfor specific accounts
- Coordinate with account executives

Job Requirements:

- A #SeniorMediaRelationsExecutivemanages one or more team members, and is
- Responsible for #planningand executing #PRplanswith the media, #writingpress
- Releases, white papers, op-ed pieces and other PR materials, and #pitchingstory ideasto the media.
- She/he should perform fundamental PR tasks such as maximizing media #outreachand
- #Press#MaterialDevelopment. The primary day-to-day operations should involve
- Providing support to the media executives or coordinators, supervise media clippings and new media outlets.
- The Senior Media Relations Executive must have strong #research, #writingand #editing
