**Responsibilities**:
Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to effectively promote Tandav studios and programs across traditional media, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and media partnerships. Prepare press releases, media kits, and other media materials.

Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the organisation's presence on social media platforms. Create engaging and impactful content to increase awareness and engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with individuals, organisations, and key stakeholders to strengthen the organisation.

Identify strategic partnership opportunities and collaborate with external partners to further the organisation's objectives.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity in all external communications. Develop and enforce brand guidelines for the organisation and its initiatives.

Event Management: Plan and organise events contributing to the organisation's visibility and engagement. Coordinate press conferences and other activities to enhance the organisation's reach.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and the effectiveness of communications initiatives. Analyse data and generate reports to measure the impact of PR efforts. Use insights to refine strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in public relations, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of communications strategy development and implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in utilising traditional media, social media, and other communication channels.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Experience in event management and coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques to assess the effectiveness of PR initiatives.
- Passionate about the entertainment industry.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
