Join us in revolutionizing the home services industry with forward-thinking technology and an exceptional customer experience.Job OverviewAs a Senior Sales Specialist (Remote) at Insta Service, you’ll drive sales through proactive cold calling while managing the operational flow of scheduled jobs. You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers, scheduling service appointments, and filling any last-minute gaps in the schedule. This fully remote role is perfect for a candidate who excels at juggling multiple responsibilities, communicating effectively, and resolving issues on the fly in a fast-paced, startup environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as you will occasionally need to communicate with Spanish-speaking service providers and clients on a need basis.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead GenerationCold Calling & Prospecting: Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Insta Service and generate new leads.Engage leads across multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to drive business growth.2. Client Relationship BuildingEstablish rapport quickly using confident, persuasive communication skills to convert leads into loyal customers.Follow up diligently with prospective clients to address questions, close deals, and encourage repeat business.3. Sales Targets & ReportingMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives through consistent outreach and negotiation.Maintain thorough records of calls, interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.4. Operations & Job ExecutionScheduling & Coordination: Monitor and manage the daily schedule of service jobs—handyman, plumbing, cleaning, etc.—to ensure efficiency.Work closely with service providers to confirm availability and allocate resources effectively.5. Gap-Filling & Issue ResolutionIdentify unfilled or at-risk bookings and take swift action to secure coverage.Address last-minute cancellations or changes, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain customer satisfaction.6. Process OptimizationSuggest and implement improvements for job assignment and scheduling processes.Evaluate customer feedback and operational metrics to optimize procedures and service delivery.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in cold calling or direct sales, ideally in a fast-moving environment.Previous operational/scheduling coordination experience is a plus, especially in a service-focused setting.Skills & CompetenciesFluency in Spanish is optional but preferred.Outstanding verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to balance sales and operations tasks remotely.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems is advantageous.Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.PreferredBackground in the on-demand services industry.Awareness of home services.Experience working remotely for a startup or high-growth company.What We OfferCompetitive Base Salary + Commission100% Remote Work with flexible hoursA fast-paced, dynamic startup environmentOpportunities for advancement and professional developmentAn inclusive, supportive culture that encourages innovation and collaborationHow to ApplyAre you ready to make an impact in the on-demand services industry from anywhere in the world?
