About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Trainer who can train freshers and executives on e-commerce marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and digital selling strategies. The trainer will design modules, conduct sessions, and ensure the team is well-equipped with practical skills to manage seller accounts, listings, ads, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
  • Design training modules on product listing, catalog management, pricing, promotions, ads, and reporting.
  • Provide hands-on demos using seller panels, dashboards, and real-time examples.
  • Train team members on marketplace policies, compliance, and new platform updates.
  • Conduct assessments and share feedback to improve trainee performance.
  • Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends, tools, and strategies to enhance training content.
  • Collaborate with HR and managers to align training with company needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel).
  • Hands-on experience in cataloging, ads (sponsored ads, campaigns), inventory management, and returns handling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical way.
  • Good command of Excel & reporting tools.
  • Prior experience in training/coaching will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, account management, or marketplace management.
  • Experience as a trainer or mentor preferred but not mandatory (if strong operations background).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹32,000.00 per month
