Training and Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify training needs across outlets, cafés, and support functions.
- Design training calendars, budgets, and performance metrics.
Program Development & Delivery:
- Create and deliver training modules for:
- Customer service & guest engagement.
- Food & beverage product knowledge.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
- Upselling, cross-selling, and revenue enhancement.
- Supervisory and leadership development.
- Develop e-learning, classroom, and on-the-job training formats.
Quality & Standards Compliance:
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across all outlets.
- Monitor compliance with food safety (FSSAI / HACCP / ISO standards).
- Conduct mystery audits, skill assessments, and refresher programs.
Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers across locations.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and Brand teams to ensure alignment.
- Partner with external trainers, consultants, or institutes when required.
Performance Management & Reporting:
- Track and analyze training effectiveness through KPIs (guest satisfaction, employee productivity, attrition, sales performance).
- Provide regular training reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Recommend continuous improvements in L&D practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
