Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Hindustan Recruitment. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales and upselling skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate support
  • Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer concerns and complaints
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Upsell products or services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Handle customer requests for information, quotes, or account updates
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
