A Typical Day as a Striven Accounting Coordinator:

  • General troubleshooting related to sales tax and other accounting questions
  • Assist with reconciliations of new customers bank accounts
  • Escalated support for any accounting or financial related questions.
  • Understand and assist with Multi-currency transactions

REQUIRED:

  • Education & Experience: Associates Degree or higher in a related field and/or equivalent practical experience with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a professional environment and Customer Service experience
  • Familiarity with USA Taxes
  • Passionate & Avid User of Technology (Business Software, Websites, Mobile Apps)
  • Excellent Communication & Time Management skills
  • Detailed Oriented & Strong Analytical skills
  • Cooperative Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Use & Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite (Google)
  • Knowledge of Account software packages is preferred *will learn our in-house application Striven accounting.
