The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales platforms, with a special focus on leveraging Amazon Ads to drive sales and growth. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing digital campaigns, coordinating marketing efforts, and analyzing performance across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Platform Management : Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces. Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
  • Amazon Ads Management : Create, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI and drive product visibility and sales on Amazon.
  • Product Listing & SEO : Manage product catalogs, including uploading products, optimizing titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO on both the website and marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykka). Ensure all content meets platform guidelines.
  • Order & Inventory Management : Monitor and process online orders, ensure timely fulfillment, and collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock availability and replenishment.
  • Campaign Strategy : Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies across Amazon Ads..
  • Sales Performance Analysis : Track and analyze sales performance across platforms, particularly Amazon, to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. Use data to refine advertising strategies and product positioning.
  • A/B Testing : Conduct A/B tests on product listings and advertising campaigns to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Customer Experience Optimization : Continuously enhance the e-commerce user experience, ensuring ease of navigation, mobile optimization, and smooth checkout processes.
  • Customer Support : Manage customer queries, returns, and reviews on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.
  • Marketing Collaboration : Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that online product listings and ads reflect brand standards and align with promotional campaigns.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor website customizations is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to e-commerce operations.
