Role Overview:

We are seeking a Fashion Designer with a flair for creativity, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of fashion trends. The ideal candidate will not only excel in design but also in mentoring and managing a team of designers.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Leadership: Spearhead the creation and execution of seasonal and core product lines, from concept to completion.
  2. Trend Analysis: Research and anticipate fashion trends to ensure our product lines remain fresh and relevant.
  3. Print & Textile Mastery: Design a range of products, from print-based items to intricate textile creations.
  4. Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of junior designers, ensuring their growth and the overall productivity of the design department.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketers, and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and meet production timelines.
  6. Quality Control: Oversee the quality of the final product, ensuring consistency with the original design.
