Job Purpose
:·Primarily responsible for driving the sales of Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc through Tele channel.·Leading a team of third-party executives - Tele-Sales channel management, driving sales through Third party team.Key Accountabilities:·Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.·# Lead a sales team of vendor executives who will be engaged in selling post-acquisition products.Tele-Sales channel management:·Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team.·Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.Job Duties & responsibilities:·Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.·Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.·Managing Productivity & Query handling.·Data management and MIS handling.Required Experience :·6 Years of experience in post-acquisition (Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc) product sales with experience of handling third party vendors.DBS India - Culture & Behaviours·Drive performance through Value Based Propositions·Build pride and passion to protect, maintain and enhance DBS’ image and reputation·Enhance knowledge base, build skill sets & develop competencies·Invest in team building & motivation through ideation & innovation·Execute at speed while maintaining error free operations·Develop a passion for performance and grow the talent pool·Maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity
