Job Purpose :

·Primarily responsible for driving the sales of Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc through Tele channel.

·Leading a team of third-party executives - Tele-Sales channel management, driving sales through Third party team.

Key Accountabilities:

·Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.

·# Lead a sales team of vendor executives who will be engaged in selling post-acquisition products.

Tele-Sales channel management:

·Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team.

·Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.

Job Duties & responsibilities:

·Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.

·Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.

·Managing Productivity & Query handling.

·Data management and MIS handling.

Required Experience :

·6 Years of experience in post-acquisition (Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc) product sales with experience of handling third party vendors.
