Job Description:
Boxigo is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email) to promote Boxigo's services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain and update sales records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure repeat business.
Work from the office located in HSR Layout and be comfortable with flexible working hours.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification of 10th standard with excellent communication skills.
Experience: Freshers are welcome, while candidates with 1+ years of experience are preferred. Experience in logistics, storage, packers, and movers background is advantageous.
Skills:
Proficient in English communication.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong negotiation skills.
Availability: Immediate joining.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in South Bangalore are preferred.
Other:
Comfortable working from the office.
Adaptable to flexible working timings.
