You’ll be our: Senior Manager - Record to report 

You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

You’ll be Aligned with:  Head - Record to report

You’ll be a member of: Corporate Finance & Accounts 

What you’ll do at Ather:

  • Be a key member of the Finance Controllership Team and primarily be responsible for book closures and period financial reporting 

  • Build scalable ERP platforms with strong ICFR framework

  • Lead statutory audit engagement with Big4 (Limited reviews and Final)

  • Actively manage sub-processes of Fixed Asset, Revenue & Receivables. This includes end to end ownership from process and reporting perspective

  • Run balance-sheet consolidation and reconciliation routines; build strong internal controls for day-to-day compliances, audits etc. and periodic attestations/testing

  • Represent record to report function in all business meetings to ensure compliance with accounting, controls, reconciliation and reporting

  • Lead and manage submissions for secretarial, tax audit and tax assessment engagements and litigations

  • Lead Insurance programs

  • Be a core team of the due-diligence projects for fund (equity/debt) raising, rating agencies

  • Manage litigations and handle external authorities together with external experts


Here’s what we are looking for: 

  • In-depth experience of Accounting processes with prior experience of IND-AS reporting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in controllership/accounting/auditing in a listed manufacturing or retail entity or Big 4 firms

  • Experience in accounting applications – SAP, BPC, Oracle, etc

  • Ability to build successful relationship across stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within strict timelines

  • Relevant work experience of 10-15 years (post qualification)
