Key Responsibilities:
Client and Partner Coordination:
Act as a liaison between clients and partners to ensure smooth communication
and collaboration.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong
relationships.
Expand the Partners Ecosystem:
Identify and establish new partnerships that align with the company’s goals.
Negotiate and close rate cards with partners to secure competitive and profitable
agreements.
Business Development:
Drive sales growth by focusing on both new & existing opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to retain existing clients and expand the client
base.
Cold Outreach:
Initiate contact with potential clients and partners through cold emails and
messages.
Craft compelling outreach content that effectively communicates our value
proposition.
Decision Making on Retention:
Analyze client data to identify retention risks and implement strategies to
enhance client loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to create and execute retention plans.
Negotiation:
Negotiate timelines, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and commercials with
clients and partners.
Ensure all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company
objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven 10+ Years experience in client management, business development, or a
related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make impactful decisions.
10+ Years Experience in partnership development and closing deals.
Comfortable with cold outreach and generating new business leads.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
