Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of our products at customer sites. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, providing on-site support, and ensuring smooth functioning of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions.
  • Train customers on proper usage and handling of products.
  • Prepare service reports and update records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field service or maintenance role (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
