Role Description:
Experience in KM deployment (design build deploy) in largescale program project & people management at all levelsConsulting experience in diagnosing root causes of business and functional challenges and translating those into possible relevant KM SolutionsExperience in a GBS environment would be an advantageChange Management experience in driving change journeysExcellent Interpersonal skills negotiation influencing and communication skillsExcellent executive presentation skillsCritical thinking discipline selfstarter independentStrong planning and priority setting plus organizational skillsCustomer focus and resultorientation proven delivery of value to the organizationExperience of driving projects in complex global environmentRequirementsRequired Skills:
Knowledge and Content Management experience.The ideal candidate for this role needs to be an excellent leader with experience in managing crossfunctional teams to deliver results within the necessary framework adhering to cost and project delivery timelines.
Experience in working in Waterfall Agile and/or Hybrid project environments
Prior Exposure in FMCG IT Programs will be an added advantage
Strong working experience in Microsoft tools (Excel PowerPoint etc.) including good presentation skills
Educational Qualifications:
Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools with 410 years of experience
Certifications in Project Management or Agile domain like PMP PRINCE2 CSM CSPO SAFe preferred

Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
