Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager (International Sales), you will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, engaging with international clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building lasting client relationships across borders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads in international markets through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs

  • Present company offerings clearly and persuasively to decision-makers

  • Maintain CRM records and track lead progress through the sales funnel

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with client feedback

  • Handle client queries with professionalism and empathy

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, International Voice Process, or Customer Support

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
