Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Outbound and inbound Sales Executive to join our UK sales team. This role involves proactively reaching out to prospective clients/customers via phone, to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, and follow-ups to UK-based leads and prospects.
  • Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and understand their business needs, pain points, and decision-making process.
  • Present and promote products/services tailored to customer requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations, product demos, or discovery calls.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Use CRM tools to record all sales activities, follow-ups, and prospect data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors in the UK region.

Requirements:

  • 6 month of minimum experience in outbound sales, tele sales, or business development (UK market preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in handling rejection.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
