We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Our professionals work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by helping them design their demand and supply planning processes, overlay enabling technology, and ultimately, implement the executive Integrated Demand Supply Planning process. The result is improved cost efficiency and service levels for our clients, thus increasing their supply chain’s contribution to added shareholder value and overall business effectiveness.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Supply Chain Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organisation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Anaplan solutions tailored to our clients’ supply chain planning challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, coupled with expertise in Anaplan platform functionalities and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead blueprinting, requirement sessions with client’s leadership, functional & technical teams Understand client requirements & participates in as-is & to-be design discussions Conduct gap analysis with regards to industry best practices, reference models & recommend solutions. Create business blueprint documents & artifacts Lead & manage the overall solution design and functional specifications design Create customer solutions or applications on Anaplan to deploy across multiple clients Play a hands-on role in the project delivery & work with the project manager to estimate work resource requirements Effectively engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organisation during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust Provide functional and technical expertise on a project across the project team Lead preparation of documentation for the design, development, testing and implementation & training phases Support sales & business development teams in solutioning proposals for prospects & participate in scoping & demo sessionsSKILLS
Strong subject matter expertise in master planning, supply planning, capacity planning, & distribution planning processes must Deep understanding of demand planning, IBP/S&OP processes desired Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Strong multi-tasking, and time-management skills Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and take initiative Commitment to personal growth, practice growth, and client success on every project Proven experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives with supporting referencesQUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of relevant experience Certified in Anaplan Supply Chain Solutions Previous industry or consulting experience is mandatory. Experience in supply chain consulting or a project-based role at a Fortune 500 company is preferred. Advanced user of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word) and SQL Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Transportation and Logistics Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate degree preferred The ability to travel as required (30% to 60% over extended periods)
