Manager - IT Procurement

Role:

Razorpay is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager - IT Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of IT procurement experience, a strong background in vendor management, budgeting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation, and working closely with finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for procuring IT products and services to support Razorpay's business objectives. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, negotiation, and contract management. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their IT procurement needs and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. Create and manage the IT procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement practices. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain the AOP for IT procurement. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT procurement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of IT procurement experience, focusing on vendor management and budgeting. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with finance teams to create and manage budgets.
