Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist at La Mer Maritime in India. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations of the office which would include travel and staying plans for staff members , daily routine functioning of the office , liasioning with various vendors , assisting in HR related and accounts related matters .
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent spoken English a must
Experience in Administrative Assistance
Basic understanding of Finance and financial transactions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant certifications or degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
