Your responsibilities should you choose to accept:

  • Reporting to President for Redhill in India
  • Overall team management in the region - Manage and build local workforce
  • New Business Development - Convert both, Local & International brands to drive revenue
  • Build local Clients by ensuring Redhill receives local RFPs
  • Media Relations - Building a strong media circuit especially with senior journalists
  • Supporting the requirements of Redhill's existing regional Clientele who may wish to expand to India
  • Responsible for all outgoing proposals & pitches including budgeting
  • Lead PR centric/Press events and activations (Online & On ground)
  • Stakeholder management: Ensure campaigns with the right stakeholders (Influencers, Celebrities, KOLs, Government representatives) are well executed
  • Ensure the team is able to create on point & quality content.
  • Ensure all localization is on point, especially when it comes to local media intelligence or translations


We want you if you have:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in the field of public relations and communications
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience in communications, public relations, business or journalism
  • Proven track record in leading new business pitches, and winning new business
  • Strong people-management skills with the ability to lead a team of 5-7 people
  • Ideate, lead & manage PR centric events
  • Well versed with campaign planning, budgeting and execution
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors
  • Strong media friends and contacts (Local & Global Media)
  • Excellent writing skills—both technical and creative/promotional proficiency
