Your responsibilities should you choose to accept:Reporting to Business Head for Redhill in IndiaOverall team management in the region - Manage and build local workforceNew Business Development - Convert both, Local & International brands to drive revenueBuild local Clients by ensuring Redhill receives local RFPsMedia Relations - Building a strong media circuit especially with senior journalistsSupporting the requirements of Redhill's existing regional Clientele who may wish to expand to IndiaResponsible for all outgoing proposals & pitches including budgetingLead PR centric/Press events and activations (Online & On ground)Stakeholder management: Ensure campaigns with the right stakeholders (Influencers, Celebrities, KOLs, Government representatives) are well executedEnsure the team is able to create on point & quality content.Ensure all localization is on point, especially when it comes to local media intelligence or translations

We want you if you have:8-10 years’ experience in the field of public relations and communicationsUndergraduate degree or relevant work experience in communications, public relations, business or journalismProven track record in leading new business pitches, and winning new businessStrong people-management skills with the ability to lead a team of 5-7 peopleIdeate, lead & manage PR centric eventsWell versed with campaign planning, budgeting and executionStrong attention to detail with the ability to catch errorsStrong media friends and contacts (Local & Global Media)Excellent writing skills—both technical and creative/promotional proficiency
