Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the showroom team, driving sales, maintaining visual standards, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Proven Sales skills and experience working in Showrooms
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
